Where do you ship to? 

As we're an Australian-based small business, we currently ship to Australia and everywhere else. However, for EU and UK customers, please visit our etsy shop. 

 

How long is processing time?

The time it takes to prepare your item and dispatch varies per product. Custom drawings will take a little longer than others as it takes longer to produce a drawing for print. I aim to ship all products between 1-4 business days.

 

Where is my order? 

I offer multiple types of shipping options to suit your budget. If you have chosen the cheapest shipping option (approx $3-4), this will mean your item is untracked and may take long than other parcels. If you have chosen the Tracked upgrade, you can view your tracking number via the Australia Post website.

Due to the current global pandemic, you may experience a delay in your order for up to 2-3 weeks in Australia and 5-6 weeks on top of transit times for international orders. 

Please note that the post office is also receiving an influx of online orders lately so we do apologise in advance if your order is taking longer than expected.

By any chance if your order does not arrive after these estimated times, please feel free to contact us about your package. 

 

Returns and Refunds 

We unfortunately do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges. 

If the address you provided to us happens to be wrong, we will not responsible for re-sending the order. 

However, if you do have issues with your order, please contact us to see if we can resolve the issue.

 

Care instructions 

Please do not pick, scratch or attempt to peel off the vinyl of your ornaments and keychains as this will effectively damage your product. 

Please take care with putting your keychain against keys as this could stratch your keychain.

Due to the nature of our stickers, we do NOT reccomend putting stickers on surfaces constantly exposed to water as this may damage their quality.
Please read the description of each product carefully before making a purchase. 

Sizing details 

All of our products vary in size. Our standard ornaments are 10cm in Diameter and 3mm in depth.
